Condor, another Airline that adjusts their uniform guidelines

Germany’s most popular leisure airline is adapting its uniform guidelines: From November 1, 2022, crew members on board where able to have more individual, gender-independent freedom, which will also allow them to have their own style.

For this purpose, company guidelines, for example on the topics of “makeup” and “hair/hair jewelry” were revised. In addition, crew members will be permitted to wear visible tattoos. In this context, tattoos on the face and obscene, offensive or prohibited symbols and slogans remain prohibited.

“Condor stands for diversity! With the more open shape of the uniform guidelines, we are giving our crew members the opportunity to express their personality more individually through their own style, even on board. At the same time, the uniformity of our brand identity remains unchanged through clear uniform guidelines”, says Christian Schmitt, COO and Accountable Manager of Condor.
